Tilapia is the go for fish of many athletes, not only because it’s low fat but it’s actually a really tasty fish. Rich in omega-3 just like salmon but with a lower amount of fat. If you have never tried Tilapia before you really should, it has really tasteful meat and we like to take it to next level with citric marination with some fresh herbs and spices than to be grilled just make it perfect. Combine all that with our traditional garlic rice and mix of vegetables just makes a really nutrients dense meal with an extremely low amount of fat and rich in protein and carbs.
